SHIPPING POLICY

Orders typically are packed by our warehouse team within 48 hours of your order being received.

Australian orders over $99 AUD qualify for free shipping.

All orders under $99 AUD have a flat rate of $9.95 AUD.

International shipping is $20 AUD for a tracked, signed courier service. Please note that this can take up to three weeks to arrive. If you would like to use an express courier option for international delivery, please get in touch and we can arrange this. 

 

CUSTOMS / IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier.

Duties /Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to.

If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us. 

 

PAYMENT

All prices are in Australian (AUD) dollars.

Items will only be shipped once payment has been received.

 

AFTERPAY (Australian customers only)

Afterpay is an interest free payment plan option where you can spend up to $1,000.

The funds for the first payment will need to be available on your card at the time of purchase. Note that orders purchased with Afterpay and returned are only entitled to an exchange or store credit. No refunds can be processed for Afterpay orders.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Hunter x Hunter wants you to love your purchases! If you are unhappy with the items you received for any reason, simply return it to us and we will happily provide a credit note or refund under the following conditions:

Please note that orders purchased with Afterpay and returned are only entitled to an exchange or store credit. No refunds can be processed for Afterpay orders.

Black Friday Sale: Items purchased during our Black Friday flash sale promotion are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund but will be issued with a credit. 

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery for Australian and 21 days for other countries.
  • Items must be in original packaging, unworn without any damage. 
  • You must contact us before returning the item so our warehouse team are notified of your return. We are more than happy to accomodate exchanges, however we are unable to reserve items for exchanges, therefore we recommend purchasing to avoid disappointment. 
  • Please note, sale item purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, including items purchased during promotional sales. This excludes the 10% new subscriber offer.
  • We do not offer refunds for purchases made using Afterpay. These purchases are eligible for a credit only. 
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.
  • This policy does not affect your consumer rights. 

 

How do I make a return?

1. Contact us at customercare@hunterxhunterthelabel.com to let us know what you would like to return. 

3. Ensure your items are in original condition and send back to us using a tracked courier service. Please note we are not liable for your returned items journey back to our warehouse, therefore we recommend sending using a tracked courier service. 

4. You are responsible for the returns shipping and if your order is deemed faulty this will be reimbursed 

Please note we do not cover the cost of general returns, this is at the cost of the customer. 

 

When should I expect my refund to clear?

Please allow up to 3 business days from the date we receive the package to process your refund. From there, the funds can take between 24-72 hours to clear.

 

How long do credit notes last?

Credit notes will be valid up to 12 months from the issue date.
